    What type of services does the Attendance Department provide?

    The Attendance Department assists with but is not limited to the following services:

    1. P-Reporting Submissions – Our department leads the P-Reporting submission from the initial stages (identifying the school’s cut-off dates, establishing best practices for Attendance Record Keeping, etc.) to the final stages (submission to the school’s authorizer per their instructions) and everything in between (auditing the school’s SIS attendance reports).
    2. Monthly District Attendance Reports Submissions – Our department leads the submission of the Monthly Attendance Reports to our client’s district authorizer in the format that it is requested.
    3. 20 Day Reporting Submissions – Our department leads the 20-Day Report submission and provides assistance in identifying all the components that need to be reported for the client school (expanding charters versus new charters).
    4. FICS Enrollment Report Submission – Our department assists our LAUSD client schools with their FICS Enrollment report as of the requested date.
    5. Attendance Portion of Prop 39 Reports – Our department has created a SQL report to quickly calculate the data needed for the Attendance Portion of the Prop 39 reports.
    6. Audit Document Preparation – Our department provides a copy of the P-Reports and any other requested documents in preparation and during a client’s Attendance Audit.
    7. Mock Audits – Our department provides our client’s with Mock Audits in which we identify any weakness or discrepancies during any of the Attendance Tracking process.
    8. ADA Projections – Our department provides ADA  projections for clients schools who are seeking to expand their student population.
    9. Chronic Absenteeism Data Summaries – Our department helps clients identify those students who are meeting the Chronic Absenteeism threshold early in the school year in order to take corrective action.
    10. Best Practices for Attendance Record Keeping – Our department of experts have identified and created documentation for best practices for attendance record keeping designed specifically to ensure clients are Attendance Audit Ready.
